In July 1970 a party of 25 boys from the school enjoyed a trip to Normandy and Paris led by the Head of French Mr. W. J. Evans (Bill) and staff member Mr. David Nehemiah.
Fortunately Bill Evans recorded the trip from departure to return on Super 8 cine film. The school party is pictured travelling, sight seeing and just having fun!! You’ll see also, an as yet unidentified ‘lady in red’, clearly a member of the party who appears a number of times later on.
